The arrangement (sent to me for Mother's Day), was stunning in its' design....unfortunately, the roses in it, were already shriveling up at delivery. I was disappointed for my daughter, who spent her money on me for a less than fresh arrangement.
I've always had great experiences with this florist. Both boquets I have picked up from here have been beautiful and worth the money. Perfect for the man on the move. I called ahead, said who they were for, the reason for purchase, and dollar value. The flowers have to make a 3hr drive, and they're wrapped up accordingly. All ready for pickup when I am passing through town. My wife loves them, her co-workers envy them.
I give you a 3 star because I asked one thing in my order and that was to have three PASTEL colours. When I saw what was delivered, there was no pastel colour in it! The designer had free reign on the design, which was satisfactory! I did tell the sales lady that I was going to be in Campbell River for the function the order was for, so I would see what I ordered....I was disappointed that the only request I had was not followed.

The floral arrangement that I chose from their website in NO WAY resembled the one which was delivered to my friend. When I called to complain after seeing the photo my friend sent, I was told the flowers for that arrangement hadn't been available....but she didn't tell me that when I called to place the order. I was also told that she put in extra value because of that. I certainly could not see ANY real value in the photo my friend sent! My friend received a very unprofessional hap-hazard, thrown together arrangement. I will NEVER use this florist again. Very, very disappointed! I wish I was able to post a photo here of the two very different looking arrangements. Figured out how to post a photo, so the picture you see posted of the two arrangements are mine. Quite a difference between the two!
