Dealing with the death of my Dad was made so much easier by Danny. From the moment I walked through the door the first time on my own, through the information and paperwork involving my Mum, I/we felt at ease and no longer overwhelmed with the process. It was such a relief to deal with someone who was thoughtful, sensitive, professional and very sincere. The feeling of dread suddenly felt like a warm hug. We were also very impressed and thankful for the kindness and respect of Jess who attended to receive Dad after his passing.
