My husband and I were given the best treatment by our sales woman Laura, who went above and beyond to help us make a good decision on a bed purchase! The price was reasonable and we will be going back.
So far I am happy with Dodd's Furniture. I went in with a webpage from Defehr Furniture Winnipeg that had a computer desk I wanted on it. They asked me to leave the info with them. They got back to me fairly quickly and gave me a good price for delivery and setup, warranty. Only gave four stars for now for I haven't received it yet. They did tell me that it would take 6 weeks or so for delivery which is okay with me.
Out browsing about town here in Campbell River! Hubby suggested Dodds!! We were searching for the PERFECT bed to make out fur babies safe! Our current bed is really high!! The kind young lady Laura knew exactly what we wanted-super excited getting new bed Friday and didn't break our bank!! I also purchased the MOST amazing pillow!! Definitely check out DODDS!! Excellent prices and plenty of choices!! Last but not least EXCELLENT friendly courteous service!!
Bought an Ashley sectional sofa with chaise in December 2017. In march the stitching all came apart on 2 of the back cushions. They replaced the couch. By august the same thing happened AGAIN, but worse and in more areas! Contacted customer service and the repair man was late and I got called to work. So I asked since NEW damage has happened since the last conversation I would like to return it for store credit toward an upgrade. NOPE . Apparently they need to try and fix it first.. AGAIN. Just a joke!
