I am from out of town and noticed you seem to have no competition. When paying for my goods i was asked if i had points. I spent maybe one minute locating my daughter's phone numbers from my phone as she shops your store when your clerk started in with 'sorry for the wait' to the person next in line and continued with 'i will give you her points for having to wait.' Are you kidding me?! I didn't spend $5 in your store..it was closer to $100. And regardless, the amount shouldn't matter. This 'customer service' i experienced while paying was nothing short of rude and passive aggressive behaviour. I asked your clerk if my daughter could have her points applied if she came in with her receipt later to which i got no reply...was handed my bag of goods and i left thinking...so much for your island hospitality i hear so much about and i think competition would be good for you. When you are the only game in town it's easy to think you've got the whole town at your disposal. Having been in business for decades and understanding the value each client brings i can assure you that a different dialogue should have occurred while i was retreiving my daughter's phone number. Ill bring all my health products with me next time. Being made to feel like a pain in someone's backside while supporting your store certainly doesn't make me want to come back.
If you want great eats and good produce go here. Pricey but organic
