Great personalized, competent service
2016 - These guys are efficient and affordable mechanics. They have done some substantial work for me on my older, re-built truck and everything they've touched, they have fixed -- on time and on estimate. They are all pleasant to deal with and customer service is exemplary. I recommend them to anyone.
Helpful and I believe comprehensive
The customer service was excellent! Friendly,went out of their way on a long weekend help us back on the road and Pat explained clearly what needed to be done and what my options were. Would be happy to continue supporting this family owned business in Campbell River.
Needed a quick inspection before driving to Ontario in a 2006 Toyota Matrix. Tayler squeezed me in the next day. Tyler then did the work, pulled all the wheels to check brakes. Checked under the hood and did a road test. $34.31. What great value and super friendly. I have heard nothing by but praise from relatives who are clients.
