I called to ask an agent to show me some places. The receptionist was great and said no problem, took my details and said an agent would call me back. The agent who called me back said it wasn't worth her time. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
What an embarrassment remax campbell river is...Absolutely lazy, incompetent, rude, disorganized, slow, and unprofessional. I don't even know how they are still around. They seriously can not do thier job. They take on things yet fail because they JUST dont care and are lazy. Its all about the money with them. Thats it. To save you and your family a load of stress. Don't use remax and never rent from them! They will make your life hell.

Had a very rude experience with Kelly! Prior to us moving in to our rental, not a thing was cleaned or done for us. Yet we did everything on our move out check list. Cleaned even beyond what was done for us. Yet she charged us a cleaning fee. When I asked what wasnt cleaned to her standard she couldn't even tell me what wasnt done! The place to me, for moving out was spotless. We scrubbed and mopped the place out. Not a very big place at that. Just very disappointed that something they are charging me for cant be explained why it was needed. And to top it off she had the nerve to be so disrespectful the entire conversation and hang up!!! Glad to never have to deal with their horrible attitudes again. I wouldn't write this but every time it came to an issue with something at the house the same rude attitude always came along with it.
The lady at the front desk is really nice and respecting. But the rental management people are very disoriented and very lazy and disrespectful. My room mate and I have been waiting for weeks now for a call back and have left multiple messages and went in several times, and still nothing back. We are very displeased with their services.
