First time visitor to Canada from California. Had an amazing time in a heli on 6/30/18. Pilot was polite,provided great information about the islands. Definitely a bucket list experience!!! Would do it again!!
My fianc booked a 20 min trip for us but while we were on the island the bc fires brought the visibility way down. First we had to reschedule, then on the planned day the smoke was so intense they called us to let us know we couldnt fly. Finally family issues made it so we couldnt fly on that rescheduled day. We called to cancel and 49 North readily refunded us and understood. I know this would have been a great experience but I can say the staff their are understanding and very fair. Thank you 49 North, amazing customer service.
