The general manager of the auto parts is amazing! I am not from Campbell river, just visiting and have no idea how to begin with vehicles. I took my car in and he told me exactly what needed to be done, the reasoning why, and gave me my options and kept me updated throughout. Amazing experience!
As a mother of twin toddlers, who is forced to carry a large amount of supplies around on a daily basis, in a backpack; this locations unwavering dedication to their asinine "no backpacks" rule is, in my opinion, discriminatory to those of us who choose to cary a backpack. I refuse to leave my backpack with their staff, so thus I also unable to shop at this location. A little understanding and flexibility in regards to individuals life circumstances would go a long way towards creating a positive customer experience in this situation.
Awful customer service experience at this location. Staff were inconsiderate and unprofessional.
Like all of them there is a great selection and they have awesome sales.
