Loved it! We went for a half day of whale watching from Campbell River, BC. It was a smoky and cool morning but our knowledgeable guide found humpback whales and then orcas. We stopped at a quaint little place called Refuge Cove and took a break and had a bite to eat. It was a worthwhile morning on the water!
Picture of Jason, one of the employees of Eagle Eye Adventures @ Discovery Marina, Campbell River, Vancouver Island. Salmon capital of British Columbia. Jason tells me they have 4 & 6 hour water tours looking for either whales, Grizzly Bears or wildlife. There boats look in immaculate condition. The tourists look happy when they leave. My boat is tied up 20 feet away.
A top notch wildlife adventure. This company is great and very reasonably priced. I have had a blast every time I've been out and the skippers are very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and wildlife you encounter. I can't wait to head out again, see you soon.
Dolphins! About 50 of them made ours an experience to remember. We also saw a half dozen humpback whales. But, seriously, dolphins! (PS, staff were also friendly and great with our young kids.)
Stan is the man! Thanks again to Eagle Eye Adventures and our amazing tour guide Stan who really treated us with so much care. Such a friendly, well skilled staff and crew and they always make sure to satisfy. Cant wait to do another trip! Xoxoxo
