Best gym in town hands down; also grew up in vancouver and it beats out steve nash and club 16..the atmosphere is friendly and bright and the view cannot be beat!

Im down for a good gym and a good time
Working out with a ocean view for a ten dollar drop in fee is hard to beat. Machines are a little cramped in but it is a small matter. Staff are excellent and the vibe is good. Give it a go.
I love this gym, all of the staff, and all the members. It's an excellently ran gym with all the equipment you could possibly need for a great workout. The atmosphere is energetic and full of opportunity to learn more about health and fitness.
