Lovely view of the river from one end of the campground. You would need to ask for a seaview as not all have one. Our view was perfect. Friendly staff. Lovely take out fish and chip can just down the road. Perfect for our one night stay.

What an amazing experience! The cottage we stayed in was huge, it could easily fit multiple couples and was a fantastic price for what was included (did someone say couples sized jacuzzi tub? Heck yah!). The staff is amazing and friendly, impeccable customer service. We will definitely be staying here again.

This campground is in a good location right on Discovery Channel in Campbell River's downtown only 1km from all the big stores. It is a typical commercial rv park with sites close together and no trees or fences between sites. But it is very well kept and well equipped. They even have fire rings and sell wood for campfires unless there is a fire ban on. It is very close to the road but the road has low traffic during the day and almost none at njght. Check earth view and get a site looking over the ocean and mountains on the East side. Some sites look at a port terminal building but many don't. On the west side check earth view and get a site with a view of the river mouth and mountains. Staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. As a bonus, this campground is on First Nations land and they have decorated it with many authentic and excellent pieces of west coast aboriginal art.

This is a very nice campground. First the bad: there is a 8-10 ft grassy section behind each site that has inground sprinklers that come on each night. Not sure why this grassy section is even there as you must remove all your items every night before bed. A bit of a pain. This space could be better used for more camping space. The sites are also close to the road and there is no barrier fence between sites. Minor details but have to complain about something. Now the good: the park is right on the ocean and has a wonderful walking park out to the point, is pet friendly and the views are amazing! Also, you are two minutes from shopping areas and amenities. A big bonus if staying for long periods. Also, the washrooms and overall park cleanliness is the best I have ever seen. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The sites although not huge, feel bigger than they are because the place is so clean and organized. Wonderful laundromat, seasoned firewood and cable is included in the site fee. Overall a great park!!

Super clean. Very well maintained. Big sites. Friendly people.
