Hairs on bed and shower walls, dirty floor, uncomfortable beds, no breakfast although they advertise breakfast included because of a voucher to mcdonalds. I don't understand the good reviews when there's other places nearby comparable in price and with far beret quality
The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. From check-in to leaving. The beds are hard, rooms are old, and the office staff are rude. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. They are not the cheapest, but are the worst
This place should not be chosen, NO matter what. The rooms are literally 30 feet from traffic lanes outside your window on one of the busiest red light intersections in Campbell River. The rooms arent clean and the beds are terrible. When I checked in and provided credit card arrangements, I specifically stated and it was agreed upon I was paying for one night at a time. I stayed one night, then at 9am informed them I was checking out. At 11am I checked out. I asked for copy of receipt from the time of check in, she stated she had given me the receipt, which she DID NOT, so I had to settle for a photocopy. Later that day they applied an additional night stay charges to the credit card for not canceling a reservation Thats credit card fraud! If I could give zero stars thats what it would be.
It was a place to stay for an affordable price rooms were clean and comfortable would recommend
